What’s the commitment ?
Membership requires a three month commitment under assigned contract. Payments must be set to auto draft on your chosen date to maintain your member status and priority scheduling.
Can I Cancel My Membership
Yes. You may cancel at any time after the initial three month period however per contract one final month will be charged at the time of cancellation. All services for that month will still be fully rendered.
What is the turnaround time?
Typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, depending on the tier and scope of that month’s content.
Does The Kollection travel?
Yes, The Kollection travels. Shoots are normally held at client chosen location. Studio time is NOT included in Kollection sessions.
What if I need to reschedule?
may reschedule once per month with 48 hour notice. Missed months without notice are still deducted from your membership and cannot be rolled over.
